At Anime Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate the return process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center or postal office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
